Dr. Meghan Hernandez is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced fellowship training in primary care sports medicine. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, she provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages throughout the metropolitan area, with a special focus on sports-related and overuse injuries. Dr. Hernandez specializes in non-surgical treatment options for muscle, joint, and tendon conditions, utilizing advanced techniques such as ultrasound-guided injections, biologic therapies, and other minimally invasive procedures to support recovery and help patients maintain an active lifestyle.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Hernandez serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She also holds the role of associate program director for the university's Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, where she helps train the next generation of sports medicine physicians.
