Brendan George, MD

Dr. Brendan George is a family medicine physician who provides care for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. He offers annual exams, well-child visits, cancer screenings, chronic disease management, and care for acute illnesses. In addition, Dr. George specializes in treating sports injuries, including fractures, concussions, and joint or tendon conditions. He uses advanced techniques such as diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, and orthobiologic therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid to support healing and recovery.

Dr. George's medical interests include injury prevention, concussion management, mental health in athletics, and promoting wellness through exercise and nutrition. His goal is to help every patient become the best version of themselves - whether that means walking without pain, managing a chronic condition, or competing at a collegiate level.

Dr. George is assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.

Originally from Iowa, Dr. George played collegiate golf and soccer and still cheers on the Hawkeyes!
