314-268-4010Dr. Gary Albers cares for pediatric patients with a variety of pulmonary conditions including cystic fibrosis, asthma, congenital lung abnormalities, airway disorders, bronchitis, lung and chest tumors, chest pain, chronic cough, obstructive lung diseases, pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, wheezing, tuberculosis, and vocal cord dysfunction.
Dr. Albers' research interest includes cystic fibrosis and asthma clinical therapy.
He is a professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pulmonary Medicine, at Saint Louis University, School of Medicine.
Dr. Albers is a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Center Committee. He is a visiting professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Hospital Universität d'Etat Haiti, and lectures on pediatric pulmonary issues in international health. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society.
Among his interests, Dr. Albers has a non-profit foundation that supports a primary school in Haiti.
