When to seek other care options

  • Treatment of chronic conditions.
  • Medication changes.
  • Medical consultation.
  • Prescription of controlled medications.
  • Emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Your Online Care Options

SSM Health offers two different options for online care. Learn more to find out which care is best for you and your family. Some conditions require on-site testing, such an X-ray or blood draw, to diagnose. You may be directed to a lab or urgent care location for a test prior to treatment.
