Amy is great

I just feel I didn't get as much as needed for an annual physical. I didn't get a chance to answer questions. I felt she didn't review my history before she came in to see me. She didn't do a test or discuss what my cardiac risk is the way she said we would do at my previous new patient visit. She told me to do labs and I just did them 4 months ago. She never discussed those. I'm beyond disappointed and will be looking to try another provider ar a non SSM clinic.

Mrs. Amy M Reid was very helpful.

It seems over the last few years, I never see a Dr. twice. When I make my next appointment, they have left . I was considering changing health care providers because it’s so frustrating to not have a regular caregiver. If Amy is still there, I won’t be changing.

Finished well considering I actually needed a Dr appointment not PA visit. Julia was great friendly, and understanding. Good care.

I was so relieved that they could take me in quickly. Amy and her assistant were able to attend to my ear blockage quickly and effectively. Both were very welcoming and explained the procedure in a clear manner. I really appreciated how they continued to ask me if I was feeling any pain or was uncomfortable. They made the experience pain free.
