Dr. Phillip Ruppert offers clinical neuropsychological assessment of adults with a variety of neurologic, psychiatric, or other medical conditions that can affect brain health. He has extensive experience in evaluating the cognitive and behavioral changes that occur with dementia, traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and other less common conditions. Dr. Ruppert also conducts independent neuropsychological evaluations for disability determinations and civil matters.
His research interests include the study of cognitive and emotional manifestations of medical illnesses and injuries.
Dr. Ruppert is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience, Division of Psychology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is the director of postdoctoral training in neuropsychology.
