Carly Cooper, APRN-CNP

Carly Cooper, AGACNP, is an adult gerontological acute care nurse practitioner who specializes in comprehensive cardiology care for adult patients ages 18 and older. Her services include the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular diseases, including congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, hypertension, and various heart arrhythmias.

Carly works with other members of the acute care team to stabilize patients and improve their health through collaborative care, rapid diagnosis, heart failure management, multifaceted treatment plans, and patient education. She provides complex monitoring with invasive hemodynamic monitoring; 12-lead ECG interpretation; and CXR and CT scan interpretation for her patients. For Carly and her team, their goal is to prevent future cardiovascular complications and improve overall quality of life for all patients.

Carly is part of the Division of Cardiology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
