Shakir Mohamed, MD

Dr. Shakir Mohamed is a pediatric neonatologist who specializes in care for the premature and extremely premature infant, as well as sick and normal newborn babies. He treats infants in Level II-IV neonatal intensive care and those who are outpatients in the high-risk nursery clinic. Dr. Mohamed also provides antenatal consultation for expectant mothers.

Dr. Mohamed is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
