Kathleen was very welcoming. She listened with empathy and compassion. Her approach was like chatting with a good friend who cared about me. She reviewed and explained all of my blood test results which was very helpful and calming. Kathleen actually saw me, listened to me and respected me. She’s AMAZING!!!
