Elena Kozaryuk, APRN-CNP

Elena Kozaryuk is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in cardiology. She is available to treat patients ages 18 and older - both inpatient and outpatient - providing guidance and management for the following chronic heart diseases: familial hypercholesterolemia (FH); coronary artery disease (CAD); hypertension; and lipid disorders.

Kozaryuk assesses patients and develops customized treatment plans, while educating them and their families on ways to improve overall heart health. She also orders diagnostic tests such as cardiac stress testing, lipid level assessments, and general blood work to screen for heart issues. Kozaryuk then interprets those results for her patients, explaining potential risk factors and making treatment recommendations. She can also prescribe medications and perform certain procedures, as necessary.

Kozaryuk is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
