Tarek Nammour, MD

Dr. Tarek Nammour is a gastroenterologist who specializes in advanced therapeutic endoscopy and pancreatology for patients ages 18 and older. He treats a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions from complex pancreatic diseases to pancreaticobiliary diseases, including acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts, and pancreatic cancer.

Dr. Nammour performs endoscopic ultrasound (EUS); endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP); endoscopic ablation; complex endoscopic resection of premalignant and malignant lesions; and third space endoscopy. His goal is to be transparent and compassionate, providing the highest standards of patient-centered and empathetic care. He also partners with his patients on their health journeys, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

Dr. Nammour is an assistant professor with the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association; American College of Gastroenterology; American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy; and American Pancreatic Association.
