Shannon Kroh had excellent manners. She was courteous and respectful. For the first time, I did not feel like a slab of meat waiting to be weighed and priced. I was included in the decision making process. Mrs Kroh explained things in a coherent manner and gave me a timeline for test results. I plan to refer my daughters.

Shannon is not my normal obgyn provider but she was nice and looked through my history. I was concerned about possible dehydration or infection due to having had the flu. She agreed and had already requested a lab test of my urine before seeing me. I appreciated her level of care considering she is not my obgyn.
