Her support services - available on an inpatient and outpatient basis - include chronic complex care, complex symptom management, maximization of quality of life, transitional care, advanced care planning, and end of life care.
Dr. Muir advocates for her patients and their families, ensuring they can all live life to its full potential every day. She feels honored to care for patients with complex medical needs and bear witness to the immense amount of love these families have for their children.
Dr. Muir is a member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and a board member with Giving is a Family Tradition. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Muir is an avid hiker, who particularly enjoys the mountains.
