Lindsey was the first person I dealt with when I came in with a serious problem two years ago. She was very professional and knowledgeable in her explanation of what I had going on. She was also kind and compassionate at a point in my life when, in addition to the medical issue. I had so much going on that I felt a bit overwhelmed. She listened to me and was very reassuring that they would get me taken care of - and they did. I received that same personal concern from Lindsey again on this visit. I had not seen her since that day, yet she remembered our first visit. Once again, she showed compassion and understanding. Once again, she reassured me that they would figure out what was going on and get it taken care of. And based on my past experience, I trust that they will.
