I do have issues with SSM Health but I do not believe it is a problem with Dr. Swart. Waiting months for constant pain and having appointments then cancelled are the problem.

Dr. Swart is an excellant Dr. as were Drs. Clark and Fownes before her. But she being let down by you clueless administrative policies.

She is very nice and understands what is going on when I come in she always asked me how things are going when we last came in. And she goes over everything with me. The only thing I would wish she would do is check on the referral when she sends one because I never hear from that other doctor or if she needs to refer a different doctor.

Chantel provided excellent care by offering me vaccinations for flu and Covid as well as pneumonia. Dr Swart advised against getting any vaccinations at this time since I was fighting a cold. Dr Swart was proactive in ordering a swab for influenza Covid which thankfully was negative. Dr Swart prescribed an antibiotic to treat my cough and cold symptoms which lingered for 10 days. Finally I appreciated Dr Swart explaining my different cholesterol numbers and said the overall score was good!
