Dr. Justine Keller is a maternal and fetal medicine physician who specializes in caring for high-risk pregnancies affected by conditions such as cervical incompetence; congenital anomalies and infections; coagulation defects; fetal anomalies; fetal growth restriction; gestational diabetes; maternal anemia; placenta previa; placental abruption; placenta accreta spectrum; preeclampsia; and/or preterm birth.
Dr. Keller treats and manages other pre-existing conditions, including heart disease; chronic hypertension; chronic kidney disease; hematologic disorders; HIV; hypertensive disorders; rheumatologic disorders; and substance abuse disorders in pregnancy. She also offers preconception counseling and obstetric ultrasounds.
Dr. Keller is an assistant professor with the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is also a member of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology; Drug Enforcement Administration; Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation; Missouri Department of Health/Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs; and the Missouri State Board of Registration.
