John Peter, MD

Dr. John Peter provides hospital-based pediatric emergency care, with special expertise in pediatric critical care transport. He has particular interest in pediatric trauma and in transport efficiency and safety for young patients.

Dr. Peter is a professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Emergency Medicine, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

He was the first graduate of SLU's pediatric emergency medicine fellowship program in 1992.
