Dr. George Thieroff is a rheumatologist who sees pediatric and adult patients of all ages with complex rheumatologic conditions. He diagnoses and treats various conditions, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which affect the joints, muscles, bones, and connective tissues, causing pain and inflammation.

Dr. Thieroff is well-trained in identifying and treating rheumatologic conditions. He has contributed to the field through service on two subcommittees for rheumatology-focused organizations, authoring published abstracts and presentations, and participating as an invited panelist. He has also presented at a national conference and attended multiple meetings centered on rheumatology-related topics. His research interests include the medical management of clinically inactive juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).

Dr. Thieroff is an assistant professor with the Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is also a member of the American College of Rheumatology and the Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance.
