Virtual Visit Care Tile

This care tile needs to be displayed on a clinet that has care options API enabled with virtual visitTypes

This care tile aggregates video visits for all retail locations in a brand.

If more than one department has a slot for a particular time, we take the first department with the available slot and remove the rest as to avoid displaying 20 slots for a particular appointment time
